Refund
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, a refund can be made for your online orders. Also, if a product (or more) arrived at you defective please inform us by email, along with a photo of the product. Refunds are accepted for orders placed within 14 days of the product being shipped. The value of the product will be refunded to you with the corresponding payment method, i.e. if you paid via paypal then the amount will be refunded via paypal. The amount corresponding to the shipping costs is not refundable, as it does not relate to the company's receipts.
Exchange of defective product:
If a product arrived to you defective and you wish to exchange it for another, this option exists. If it is a replacement of the same (or another) product, we undertake to send you the new one. Please contact us via email at lambousashoes@gmail.com so that we can proceed with the order change. When you are notified by the shipping company that the new order has been received, you return the old/defective item packaged without any additional charge. The exchange takes place at the offices of the partner courier company. Changes are accepted within 14 days, from the day the product is shipped.
Product change:
If for any reason you wish to change the order - or part of it, this can be done within 7 days, from the day of dispatch, after consultation via email at lambousashoes@gmail.com. The costs of returning non-defective products are borne by the customer. The new order will be sent by us when we receive notification of the return of the original order, through the tracking order system of the shipping company. Shipping costs for the new order are borne by the customer.
